A user can browse and select content using a personal computer or other computer that may be more readily available or more convenient to use than the handheld device. The personal computer can communicate with a web server which receives the user's request for content to be distributed to the handheld device. The web server can retrieve configuration information pertaining to the handheld device and communicate with a content server to determine whether the user's request for content distribution is valid based on information identifying the handheld device and at least some of the configuration information pertaining to the handheld device. The content server can transmit the requested content item to the handheld device if the user's request is valid and if the handheld device is able to receive the content item.

    Abstract: Exhaust gas systems and methods are disclosed. A system includes an extensible duct assembly to communicate an exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine to an exhaust gas receiver. An angularly positionable ball joint assembly may be coupled to the duct assembly to fluidly and sealably couple the duct assembly to at least one of the outlet and the exhaust receiver. A method of installing an exhaust gas system includes presenting a first portion of the exhaust gas system to one of an exhaust gas outlet and an exhaust gas receiver, and positioning a second portion of the exhaust gas system relative to the other of the exhaust gas outlet and the exhaust gas receiver. The first portion and the second portion may be adjusted to achieve an alignment, and the first portion and the second portion may be sealably coupled to fixedly retain the alignment.

The system comprises a housing having a water inlet, filtering means connected to the water inlet for filtering sediment and particulate matter from the water, an inlet pump to keep the water flowing through the housing at a predetermined pressure and a mixed bed multimedia unit connected to the filtering means for removing pollutants and controlling organic growth from the water. There is also an ultra-violet treatment means connected to the mixed bed multimedia unit for subjecting the water in the system to ultraviolet radiation and carbon block filtration means disposed for a final filtering prior to dispensing the water at one or more dispensing. There is also a bottle washing means provided within the housing for cleaning water bottles prior to filling with the purified water. The system can supply drinking water for entire communities, yet is portable enough to be easily transported to disaster areas.
