Abstract: A versatile exercise band, comprising: an outer layer comprising comfortable material, an inner layer comprising elastic material, an overlapping area where a first end and a second end of the exercise band overlap using fastening means, wherein the fastening means is anyone of sewing stitches, a buckle, or adhesive material and an anchor formed in the shape of a hollow loop in order to attach the exercise band to a wall, anchor the exercise band inside a door frame or any other stable surface in order to protect the integrity of the exercise band from having to be wrapped around an object.
