  • Patent number: 11371902
Abstract: A pressure transmitter includes a housing and a pressure sensor having an electrical characteristic that varies with applied pressure. The pressure sensor is configured to generate a sensor signal indicative of process fluid pressure. A transmitter isolation diaphragm is configured to couple to a process barrier seal to convey pressure to the pressure sensor. A flange is coupled to the transmitter isolation diaphragm. The flange includes at least one gas pathway extending inwardly from an outer diameter of the transmitter isolation diaphragm. Electronics are coupled to the pressure sensor to receive the sensor signal and to generate an output indicative of the pressure.

Date of Patent: June 28, 2022
    Assignee: Rosemount Inc.
Inventors: Nathan R. Pepin, Michael A. Knopf, James Walters, III, David A. Andrew, David Cutter
  • Patent number: 11153985
Abstract: An electronics package includes a platform and a board mounted to the platform, the board having electronics mounted thereon. A feedthrough pin passes through and is hermetically sealed to a feedthrough body and is wire bonded to the board. A cover is bonded to and surrounds the exterior surface of the feedthrough body to produce a hermetically sealed chamber that houses the platform and the board.

  • Publication number: 20070087369
Abstract: Methods and kits for isolating RNA are provided that enable rapid RNA preparation from biological sources. In one aspect, RNA is isolated from difficult plant tissues and cells that contain high levels of secondary metabolites, without employing organic extraction or salt precipitation procedures. This method employs novel lysing and binding conditions to allow preparation of RNA free from secondary metabolites.

  • Patent number: 4746390
Abstract: Method of joining a semiconductor chip to a chip carrier by cementing or soldering which includes treating an area of the semiconductor chip to be joined to the carrier with a laser beam, adjusting the energy of the laser beam to produce depressions by localizing melting of the semiconductor material of the chip and to at least partially pile melted semiconductor material at the edge of the depression, and applying cement or solder between the treated area of the semiconductor chip and the carrier.

  • Patent number: 4415981
Abstract: A multi-purpose terminal device is adapted for connection to a data processing system, an automatic text processing unit and/or a communication network. An input and control keyboard is provided for controlling connections and for adding information to the information provided by a plurality of devices. A hard copy input is provided and optically coupled to a hard copy output for producing local copies. A branching device connects the hard copy input to an interface with the external units. A memory is also provided for storing data read from masters, buffering data coming from the external units and for intermediate storage of data during processing operations.
