  • Publication number: 20240112801
Abstract: A system for modifying a workflow on a medical device receives a request for activating a service type on the medical device. The system determines a geographic location of the medical device, and determines whether the service type is authorized for use in the geographical location of the medical device. The system activates the service type on the medical device when the service type is available for activation on the medical device and the service type is authorized for the geographic location of the medical device. The system modifies the workflow on the medical device based on the service type.

  • Publication number: 20240114027
Abstract: A system for authenticating a medical device is described. The system receives a request from a medical device to access operations or data of an external service provider. The system determines whether the request received from the medical device is valid. When the request is valid, the system generates a token that is customized based on the external service provider identified in the request, and the system transfers the token to medical device, the token enabling the medical device to access the operations or data of the external service provider.

  • Publication number: 20150186023
Abstract: A parameter measuring device operates to: obtain a first measurement of a parameter; display a workflow screen containing a first representation of the parameter based on the first measurement of the parameter; detect a first manual override selection corresponding to interaction of the user in relation to the input device; receive a second measurement of the parameter via the input device; and display a second representation of the parameter based on the second measurement of the parameter by replacing the first representation of the parameter with the second representation of the parameter
