The tie down strap of the composite wheel chock system may further incorporate an adjustment means intermediate of the ends of the tie down strap. The composite wheel chock system can accommodate a wide variety of wheel sizes and adjustments can be made from a variety of positions. The wheel chocks are used in pairs to form a wheel chock system.
