Abstract: A method for integrating patient data and patient's financial data for point of service payment contains a patient account and a healthcare provider account. The patient or their designee submits personal information, medical history, and payment information onto at least one secure server through the patient account. The personal information, the medical history, and the payment information are embedded onto a physical access card with at least one information retrieval point. Both the patient account and the healthcare provider account read the information retrieval point in order to access the personal information, medical history, and payment information. The healthcare provider account can view and edit the medical history of the patient account upon rendering services to the patient account. The patient account is financially charged for the services provided by the healthcare provider. In order to do so, the payment information is utilized.

The Web page includes customer financial information representing various payment options such as digital cash and credit card account numbers. The Web page is presented for viewing on a graphical user interface (GUI) touch-screen display that enables the customer to select one of the displayed payment options and thereby initiate further processing of the refueling transaction request by submitting the payment selection to the refueling point-of-sale (POS) facility.

Abstract: Disclosed are anhydrous antiperspirant sticks that comprise from about 0.5% to about 60% by weight of particulate antiperspirant active; from about 16% to about 50% by weight of a solid suspending agent; from about 10% to about 80% by weight of a volatile silicone; and from about 1% to about 35% by weight of a non volatile silicone, wherein the sticks are preferably substantially free of nonvolatile organic liquids having a C log P value greater than 5.5, and have a product hardness of at least about 600 gram·force. The sticks are further characterized by defined low residue and/or high antiperspirant efficacy measures. These compositions contain relatively high solid suspending agent concentrations of at least 16% by weight and still provide low residue performance and high antiperspirant efficacy.

Abstract: Disclosed are solid cosmetic stick compositions having a preferred product hardness of at least about 600 gram.force, and which comprises from about 0.01% to about 60% by weight of a cosmetic active; from about 10% to about 95% by weight of a liquid carrier; from about 1% to about 60% by weight of a solid polymorphic triglyceride gellant that within the composition is substantially free of long range crystalline order. By selecting the crystalline phase of the triglyceride gellant in the finished product, these cosmetic sticks provide improved product hardness at lower triglyceride gellant concentrations.
