Abstract: According to one aspect of the present invention, a razor handle includes a first handle and a removable cap. The first handle portion includes a first molded portion, a second molded portion, and a cavity. A removable cap includes a first molded cap portion and a second molded cap portion. The second molded cap portion forms a sealing ring on the removable cap. The removable cap is selectively detachable to the first handle portion. The sealing ring, when the removable cap is attached to the first handle portion, forms a seal between the removable cap and the first handle portion, preventing water from entering the cavity during normal shaving. Preferably, the first molded cap portion and the first molded portion of the first handle portion are formed simultaneously. Likewise, the second molded cap portion and the second molded portion of the first handle portion are preferably formed simultaneously.

Abstract: A replacement cartridge for a razor assembly is provided that includes a shaving aid body for use with the razor assembly. The shaving aid body includes an aperture disposed within a contact surface. The aperture is sized to receive a razor cartridge. Some embodiments of the present replacement cartridge include a base. In some of those embodiments the base includes one or more features for attaching the replacement cartridge to the razor assembly.

Abstract: According to one aspect of the present invention, a handle for a shaving implement includes a tail portion, a head portion and a neck portion. The tail portion includes a width and a thickness, and defines a centerline when the handle is viewed from a side. The head portion defines a flat surface for supporting a razor cartridge thereon, a thickness and a centerline when the handle is viewed from the side. The neck portion separates the tail portion and the head portion, and defines an angle, a pinch and a thumbprint thickness.

Abstract: A razor cartridge for simultaneously applying a shaving aid and removing hair in a single step includes at least one elongated razor blade positioned on the razor cartridge and defining an at least partially exposed longitudinally extending cutting edge. The razor cartridge includes longitudinally extending leading and trailing edges and a pair of generally opposed arcuate edge portions each extending outwardly from and between respective ends of the leading and trailing edges. The razor cartridge defines an outer surface surrounding the elongated razor blade and is bounded by the arcuate edge portions and the leading and trailing edges. Substantially all of the outer surface of the razor cartridge comprises a shaving aid material.
