Abstract: Introduced herein is a platform with multiple graphical user interfaces (GUI) for rapidly designing, editing, and sharing of a three-dimensional (3-D) design. A GUI can include a menu with add-on elements and a display interface to depict the 3-D design. A user can select add-on elements to build a 3-D design, view the environment at different angles, and interact in other ways with the 3-D design. Additionally, the platform enables multiuser collaboration within a collaboration GUI to allow for input from multiple users. The platform generates a join code which can be shared with multiple users and is associated with the collaboration GUI. A user can join the multiuser collaboration to view and edit the 3-D design simultaneously with multiple users. Each user can view the 3-D at their own angle and view each other's edits in real time.

Abstract: Provided are processes for aseptically preparing fruits and vegetables, such as mashed potatoes wherein the process minimizes and/or eliminates free starch in the final product, thereby resulting in a product having a superior taste and/or texture. The process includes heating of the fruit or vegetable to a temperature sufficient to gelatinize starch in the fruit or vegetable. Moreover, the fruit or vegetable may then be cooled, such as to set the structure of the fruit's or vegetable's starch cells. The fruit or vegetable may be reduced in size, such as to about ¼ inch before mixing with further ingredients. The fruit or vegetable is then sterilized, which may include a 5 log kill step and result in halting the enzymatic reactions within the fruit or vegetable. After sterilization, the potatoes may then be cooled before being aseptically packaged and stored.

Abstract: When installing equipment in a complex system such as a telephone exchange, there are often a variety of possible solutions to the problem faced by the planner, using different types of equipment and providing different capabilities, e.g. spare capacity or extra capabilities. Not all personnel will necessarily be familiar with all types of equipment, which can have a practical limit on the installations an individual can work on. To overcome this, a planning system is disclosed which stores information relating to equipment types suitable for providing the different types of functionality required, and also stores information relating to the availability of such equipment types, and generates proposals for providing the functionality according to the availability and suitability of each equipment type. These may be ranked by cost, complexity, availability of components, or other criteria.
