  • Patent number: 6758720
Abstract: An attachable breast form enhancement system comprising a pair of breast forms adjoined by a connector. The breast forms have an interior surface with a pressure sensitive adhesive layer that adjoins to the user's breasts. The pressure sensitive adhesive layer can be a permanently grown pressure sensitive adhesive that has an adhesion force to the breast forms that is greater than a cohesion force to the user's breasts. The connector adjoins the separated breast forms by attaching to the inner sides of the breast forms and pulling the user's breasts together. The connector can be either permanently or removably attached to the breast forms. Several different configurations of breast forms and connectors are available to achieve the benefits of the present breast form system. The improved breast form system allows a user to eliminate use of traditional bras by simply adhering the pair of breast forms to the user's breasts/skin, and then adjoining the breast forms with the connector.

  • Publication number: 20040023594
Abstract: An improved backless, strapless bra comprising a pair of bra cups having an interior surface facing towards a user's skin that comprises a pressure sensitive adhesive layer disposed thereon for adjoining the bra cups to the user's skin. The bra cups are permanently or removably adjoined by a connector that is positioned between inner side portions of the bra cups. The connector can have a variety of configurations that enable the user to attach the bra cups. The connector allows the user to create a desired amount of breast cleavage and breast push-up enhancement. The bra can also be used with a pull-up device that attaches to the top portion of the bra cups and allows the user to lift the bra cups and the user's breasts to provide additional breast push-up enhancement.

  • Patent number: 6615832
Abstract: A wear article including a body or shell formed from a structurally rigid material having a surface that is shaped to fit over a portion of a person's body. An interface flange is sized and shaped to mate with the body surface to form a releasible or removable attachment therebetween. An interface pad is permanently attached to the flange, wherein the flange is interposed between the body and interface pad. The pad includes a resilient film body that is filled with a gel material and a contact surface configured to conform to a portion of a person's body when placed thereagainst. Together, the interface flange and interface pad form an interface assembly that is releasibly attached to the body.

  • Publication number: 20030153244
Abstract: An improved breast form, constructed according to the principles of this invention, comprises a flexible chamber formed from a pair of polyurethane sheets that are sealed together along a perimeter edge of the chamber. A volume of silicone gel composition is sealably disposed within the flexible chamber. A fabric material is disposed over and permanently joined to a surface portion of each of the polyurethane sheets. The fabric material forms an exterior surface of the breast form, and is made from a four-way stretchable fabric.

  • Patent number: 5690339
Abstract: Collapsible sports goal apparatus includes a goal base member and a goal net attached to the goal base member. Two flexible, resilient poles extend between the goal base member and the top of the goal net. The poles are bent and exert continuous opposed forces on the goal base member and the goal net top to continuously bias the goal net top away from the goal base member and maintain the goal net in stretched condition and disposed upwardly from the goal base member.

  • Patent number: 5603549
Abstract: A multipiece aerodynamic fairing having horizontally divided sections which are nestable for transport, being engaged together by a bracket having multiple attachment points for independent mounting of each of the sections thereto. The bracket may be mounted to a cab roof for mounted transport and then continued in use for mounting of the bottom fairing section to the cab or, for independent transport, mounted after the multipiece fairing attached thereto is delivered, as in the case of after-market installation. The fairing sections are provided with interlocking vertical or horizontal tongue-in-groove joints, preferably made permanent by adhesive, to achieve a strong joint structure in the operating configuration of the fairing and to cause the exterior surfaces of the fairing pieces to achieve registry and thereby achieve a smooth aerodynamic shape and appearance in the assembled fairing.

  • Patent number: 5538265
Abstract: A door-activated retractable step for a truck includes at least one step cavity disposed within a side wall structure of the truck in proximity to a door thereof. An extendable cover for the step cavity housing, when closed, creates an aerodynamic continuation of the side wall structure containing the step cavity. The cover is pivoted about a horizontal hinge in response to the truck door being opened to form a continuation of the tread surface, creating a wide step.

  • Patent number: 5458392
Abstract: A mounting bracket for mounting an aerodynamic fairing to a truck roof includes a base plate appropriately configured to seat on the roof within the fairing and a fairing engaging face having mounting holes which is oriented when the bracket is mounted to the roof to engage the interior side of the fairing. Depending from the face is a tongue terminating in an outturned tab upon which a bottom edge of a fairing may be seated to establish the appropriate desired clearance between the fairing and the underlying cab roof surface. The tab also serves as a locating member over which a template may be appropriately positioned to indicate the position of the mounting holes in the face of the bracket so that properly aligned cooperating holes may be drilled through the fairing from the exterior surface thereof to permit mounting bolts to attach the fairing to the bracket and the roof.

  • Patent number: 5366246
Abstract: A protective cage and mounting device for a fuel tank of a vehicle such as school bus wherein the fuel tank is secured directly to the protection cage, the cage being secured to a vehicle frame rail. The protective cage includes a front section, rear section, side section, and a truss-like bottom shelf section, each of these sections being weldments constructed of low carbon, high strength steel tubing having rectangular cross-sections. The sections are welded to each other to produce stiff joints between said sections with the result that there is less parallelogramming and localized deformation of the protection cage in the event of an accident. Hold down devices are carried by the bottom shelf section for securing the fuel tank thereto.
