A cover is removably threaded on the container to allow for insertion of the powder. The container includes a circuitous path through which the pressurized fluid is directed lifting the powder therein and forcing the powder out through the tube. The tube is rotatably mounted to the container. An optional push button valve is provided to control the flow of fluid.
