    Abstract: A cabinet construction for a ceiling-mounted fan-coil unit of an air conditioning system, the cabinet construction comprising a first cabinet section attachable to the fan-coil unit for housing a first portion of the unit, and a second cabinet section attachable to the first cabinet section for housing a second portion of the fan-coil unit, the two cabinet sections being attached by means of a latch assembly which assures the safe and proper installation of the two cabinet sections on the fan-coil unit.
