The hinge assembly also includes an actuator that configured to move the pivot mechanism to, or toward, the active position. A pin is attached to the body-side bracket and an upstop link is attached to the hood-side bracket. The upstop link defines a slot. The pin becomes engaged with the slot when the pivot mechanism is in the active position.

Tightening the fastener on an externally threaded member applies a force to the thrusting surface parallel to the center axis resulting in the nut camming surface and the sleeve camming surface cooperating to compress a portion of the threaded bore toward the threaded member.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for improving the resolution of fundus images and correction of optical aberrations is described in which a bundle of electromagnetic beams is directed into an optical system and the reflected electromagnetic beams are recorded by a sensor. A processor may control the energy source to provide a plurality of different electromagnetic bundles to image the entire optical system. The reflected electromagnetic beams recorded by the sensor are compared to the original electromagnetic bundle configurations to calculate the aberrations of the optical system of interest. Among other applications, the calculated aberrations may be used to construct accurate fundus images, provide input for laser surgery of the eye, fabricate corrective lenses and provide accurate digital images of structures sensed through imperfect optical systems.

This approach allows compatibility between different versions of the resources to be evaluated with the possibility of coexisting different version numbers being, or one version replacing the other for automatic upgrade. Collecting the resources in a available resource table allows more complete information to be provided to the user in the event the resource cannot be found and allows more complete removal of components by making an explicit attribution of ownership of each resource to one or more installed components.
