Abstract: A method of making a polycrystalline diamond compact includes forming multiple layers of premised diamond particles and carbonate material, where the carbonate material includes an alkaline earth metal, carbonate, and where each layer has a weight percent ratio of diamond to carbonate that is different from adjacent layers. The layers are subjected to high pressure high temperature conditions to form polycrystalline diamond.

Abstract: A method of forming a polycrystalline diamond body includes mixing a sintering agent with diamond powder to form a premixed layer, the sintering agent including at least one alkaline eat mewl carbonate; forming an infiltration layer adjacent to the premixed layer, the infiltration layer including an infiltrant material including at least one alkaline earth metal carbonate; and subjecting the premixed layer and the infiltration layer to high pressure high temperature conditions.

Abstract: An ovenable cooking apparatus for facilitating the cooking of food components while maintaining the separateness thereof includes a first container for holding a first food component, and a second container for holding a second food component. The separation of the first food component from the second food component maintains the surface area for the first and second food components to facilitate heating of the first and second food components. The first food component may have a liquid based content for producing steam when heated, and one or both of the first container and the second container may define a passage for providing airflow and steamflow for contacting the second container and/or the second foodstuff and heating or steaming the second food component. Additionally, the second container may be steam impermeable for cooking bread and the like.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a cooking apparatus, typically for microwave ovens and the like, that has separate compartments for different foods or food components. These separate compartments are such that food components are kept separate during storage, prior to cooking or heating, as well as during cooking or heating, avoiding unwanted mixing of the food components. The apparatus includes compartments configured such that steam, generated by the heating of a food component in a lower compartment is used to steam cook or heat a food component in an upper compartment.

Abstract: A double-walled paperboard jacket for a compact disc and the like includes a front panel, a back panel, a front inner liner panel, a back inner liner panel, and a pair of glue flaps. One of the front panel ends is contiguous and folded relative to one of the back panel ends, the front inner liner panel is contiguous to and folded relative to the other end of the back panel. Each of the glue flaps is contiguous to and folded relative to an opposed side of the front panel, and each of the glue flaps is glued to the back panel. The front, back and front inner liner panels are of generally the same configuration and dimensions, and the back inner liner panel and the pair of glue flaps are cooperatively configured and dimensioned to define a composite back inner liner panel of generally the same configuration and dimensions as the other panels.
