  • Publication number: 20250247356
Abstract: A network interface is configured to receive incoming requests with a common incoming transaction identifier from a manager device of a data processing network. Each incoming request is associated with an address in the data processing network. The interface generates an outgoing transaction identifier based on the address and the common incoming transaction identifier and sends an outgoing request, with the outgoing transaction identifier, to a target device in the data processing network. The outgoing transaction identifiers generated from different addresses differ from one another and may be generated using a hash circuit. The interface forwards responses to ordered incoming requests to the manager device in the same order as the incoming requests were received.

  • Patent number: 12315363
Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes rendering, for one or more displays of a VR display device, a first output image of a VR environment based on a field of view of a first user. The method includes determining whether a second user is approaching within a threshold distance of the first user and outside the field of view of the first user. The method includes rendering, responsive to determining the second user is approaching within the threshold distance of the first user and outside the field of view of the first user, for the one or more displays of the VR display device, a second output image comprising a directional warning. The directional warning may indicate a direction of movement of the second user relative to the first user.

  • Patent number: 12301147
Abstract: A motor drive system includes a direct current (DC) bus that provides a DC link voltage across a DC link capacitor, and a split DC link mid-point circuit connected in parallel with the DC link capacitor. The split DC link mid-point circuit establishes a mid-point reference based on the DC link voltage. A power inverter is in signal communication with the DC bus. The power inverter includes one or more gate driver units configured to drive one or more corresponding switches. Each gate driver unit includes a mid-point ground connection that is connected to the mid-point reference. The split DC link mid-point circuit can define a voltage divide that establishes the mid-point reference and can be used to monitor the DC link voltage.

  • Publication number: 20240411360
Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes capturing, by a first VR display device, one or more frames of a shared real-world environment. The VR display device identifies one or more anchor points within the shared real-world environment from the one or more frames. The first VR display device receives localization information with respect to a second VR display device in the shared real-world environment and determines a pose of the first VR display device with respect to the second VR display device based on the localization information. A first output image is rendered for one or more displays of the first VR display device. The rendered image may comprise a proximity warning with respect to the second VR display device based on determining the pose of the first VR display device with respect to the second VR display device is within a threshold distance.

  • Publication number: 20240386271
Abstract: A system, apparatus, computer program product, and method use a convolutional neural network to auto-determine a first floor height (FFH) and a FFH elevation (FFE) of a building. The FFH, and FFE of the building are determined with respect to the terrain or surface of the parcel of land on which the building is located. In turn, by knowing the FFH and/or FFE of the building on the parcel, it is possible to use that information while performing a flood risk assessment to a property without requiring a personal inspection of the parcel by a human.

  • Publication number: 20240362879
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to an anchor object to which virtual objects can be consistently mapped in an artificial reality (XR) environment. In some implementations, the virtual objects can include avatars of users accessing the XR environment on respective XR systems. The anchor object can be a virtual object, such as a menu or shape, or a physical object, such as a stage computing device positioned in the users' surrounding real-world environments. The users can move the anchor object as rendered on their respective XR systems, which causes reciprocal movement of their corresponding avatars on other users' XR systems. Thus, virtual objects can be consistently referenced across all of the XR systems accessing the XR environment.

  • Publication number: 20240310041
Abstract: A modular abatement apparatus is for abatement of an effluent stream from a semiconductor processing tool and comprises: a housing defining a common housing chamber; a plurality of combustion chamber modules positionable within the common housing chamber for treating the effluent stream, each combustion chamber module containing a foraminous sleeve defining a combustion chamber therewithin. In this way, multiple combustion chambers may be provided within a single, common housing, each of which may be configured to treat a particular effluent stream flow. Accordingly, the number of combustion chambers can be selected to match the different types and flowrates of the effluent stream expected from any particular processing tool. This provides an architecture which is readily scalable to suit the needs of different effluent gas stream types and flowrates while retaining a common housing which may interface with upstream and downstream components.

  • Publication number: 20240290466
Abstract: A method for sleep training includes recommending a default sleep pattern for a user based, at least in part, on crowd-sourced sleep data. The method further includes determining first sleep quality data for the user during one or more first sleep sessions subsequent to the recommending the default sleep pattern and with the user adopting the default sleep pattern in the one or more first sleep sessions. The method further includes identifying based, at least in part, on the first sleep quality data an optimum sleep pattern for the user. The method further includes providing direction to the user prior to, during, or any combination thereof one or more second sleep sessions to encourage the user to sleep in the optimum sleep pattern.
