  • Publication number: 20240115882
Abstract: Devices, systems and techniques are used for cancer treatment. An example control device may be configured to be communicatively coupled to a radiation source of a radiotherapy device and a position sensor of the radiotherapy device. The example control device may be used to calculate, for a sliding window of a radiotherapy treatment, a positional error between: a measured target position signal determined from a series of images and sampled at the acquisition times of the images, and an estimated target position signal. The example control device may generate a computer-executable instruction configured to alter the radiotherapy treatment in response to the positional error violating a threshold.

  • Publication number: 20240111174
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to methods, apparatus, and systems for oscillating transparent digital displays to generate a three-dimensional (3D) holographic image. A holographic imaging system includes a plurality of digital screens, wherein each screen of the plurality of digital screens is positioned parallel to an x-axis and a y-axis, and the screens are stacked along a z-axis perpendicular to the x-axis and the y-axis, a propulsion system configured to oscillate the plurality of digital screens along the z-axis, and a control system. The control system is configured to generate a digital image, display different slices of the digital image on the plurality of digital screens, and activate the propulsion system to oscillate the plurality of digital screens in synchronization with the display of the different slices on the screens to generate a three-dimensional (3D) image.

  • Publication number: 20220042362
Abstract: In an aspect, a vehicular door hinge is provided and includes a door-hinge component that is configured to mount to a vehicle door and a body-hinge component that is configured to mount to a vehicle body. The door hinge component is pivotally mounted to the body hinge component. A first one of the door- and body-hinge components is made from folded sheet metal and has a fold. Each of the door- and body-hinge components has a stop surface that is engageable with the stop surface on the other of the door- and body-hinge components to limit relative pivoting movement between the door- and body-hinge components. • Patent number: 10415280
Abstract: In an aspect, a kit of parts is provided for a check arm keeper, which includes a keeper housing having a mounting bracket and a cartridge-mounting portion, and a plunger cartridge that includes a plunger cartridge housing mountable to the keeper housing, a plunger slidable in the plunger cartridge housing, and a plunger-biasing member positioned in the plunger cartridge housing to urge the plunger out from the plunger cartridge housing. The plunger has a first engagement member and the plunger cartridge housing has a second engagement member. The engagement members cooperate to retain the plunger in the plunger cartridge housing against a biasing force of the plunger-biasing member when the plunger cartridge is free from the keeper housing. Mounting of the plunger cartridge housing holds it in a selected position relative to the keeper housing and drives the plunger to a position in which the engagement members are spaced apart.

  • Patent number: 9549156
Abstract: Video transaction machines (VTMs) facilitate communications and transactions between customers of a financial institution and video transaction resources, such as video agents, by establishing a video session between a VTM and a video agent workstation. After a computing device of the financial institution receives information identifying the customer, VTM, or VTM location requesting the services of a video agent, the computing device may place the customer in one or more virtual queues based on an overall visit time at the VTM location. In order to maintain a visit time at the VTM location below a predetermined visit time threshold, the controller may prioritize transactions at VTMs with longer visit times over transactions at VTMs with shorter visit times.

  • Patent number: 9076135
Abstract: Systems, methods, computer-readable media and apparatuses pre-processing a negotiable instrument, such as a check, are presented. An image of a portion of the check may be received, such as from a mobile device of a user. The portion provided in the image may include a convenience area of the check identifying an amount of the check as a numerical value and a quick response (QR) code. The QR code may contain data such as that contained in the magnetic ink character recognition (MICR) line of the check. The image may be processed to identify one or more options available for continued processing of the check or for cancelling the transaction. The options may be provided to the user, such as via a user interface. In some examples, the user interface may be provided on the mobile device used to capture the image of the portion of the check.

  • Publication number: 20150127484
Abstract: Methods, systems, computer-readable media, and apparatuses for receiving and processing location information requests are presented. In some embodiments, a decision engine may aggregate location service information and transaction center status information. The location service information may identify one or more services that are available at each of a plurality of enterprise locations, and the transaction center status information may identify a current status of one or more transaction centers at each of the plurality of enterprise locations. Subsequently, the decision engine may receive, from a user device, a data request for a location to perform a defined service, and the data request may include location information for the user device at the time of the data request. In response to receiving the data request, the decision engine may provide one or more options to the user device based on the location service information and the transaction center status information.
