    Abstract: A wind resistant concrete building is disclosed. The building includes a concrete base section and a wall section that has a plurality of discrete concrete wall panels. Each wall panel interengages and extends substantially perpendicularly from at least one other wall panel to reinforce the wall section. Each pair of interengaging wall panels are fastened together and the wall section is secured to the base. A precast concrete roof section including at least one roof panel mounted to the wall section and the roof section is attached to each of the wall panels.
