  • Patent number: 11958713
Abstract: A sheet processing device has a moveable beam (36) that moves in the vertical direction, a gripper bar (30) for gripping a sheet that travels through the sheet processing device (10), and a gripper bar locking device (40) that can lock the gripper bar (30) in a precise position. The gripper bar locking device (40) has a locking lever (68) that is pivoting between a rest position and a locking position. The locking lever (68) is connected to a vertical linear guide coupled with the moveable beam (36) resulting in a precise, compact and simple system to lock the gripper bar.

  • Patent number: 11955781
Abstract: A draw out circuit breaker has a reduced partial discharge in insulation surrounding a primary stab bus. A circular disk plate on one end of the bus includes tapped inserts located at a radial separation distance from the bus. An insulator sleeve surrounding the bus is formed to encapsulate the tapped inserts. Raised embosses on the circular disk plate separate the end portion of the insulator sleeve by a gap distance from the inward facing surface of the disk plate. The increased gap distance reduces formation of a triple point region between the surface of the disk plate and the insulator sleeve, thereby reducing occurrence of partial discharges in the insulator sleeve near the gap.

  • Patent number: 11904596
Abstract: A hot foil stamping press has a pressing system for pressing a foil onto a sheet, a blow unit which is positioned at a distance to the pressing system for directing a stream of gas between the sheet and the foil. The stream of gas to detaches the foil from the sheet after each stamping cycle. A gripper bar is arranged between the blow unit and the pressing system for gripping the sheet. A flow guiding element is arranged between the blow unit and the pressing system, preferably on the gripper bar, for directing the gas from the blow unit between the sheet and the foil. Said element avoids the losses in the stream of gas due to the aperture that exist between the grippers in a typical gripper bar.

  • Patent number: 11691410
Abstract: A hot foil stamping press (10) comprises a platen press (16), with a supporting plate (22) comprising a base plate (26) and a compensating plate (28) being rotatably attached to the base plate (26) for switching between an operating position and a makeready position and a hook element (38) comprising a base part and a top part being arranged at an angle relative to the base part. The hook element (38) is rotatably attached to a door (30) of the platen press (16) by a fixation axle for switching between a releasing position and a securing position of the hook element, wherein the top part retains the compensating plate (28) in its makeready position when the hook element (38) is in its securing position.
