  • Patent number: 11911332
Abstract: A passive spine elongation device has a front portion and a rear portion pivotally connected to the front leg portion. An adjustment device connected to the front portion and the rear portion allows the distance between the front and leg portions to be adjusted, thereby allowing a variable apex angle and adjustable height of the same. The front portion includes a head support, a torso support and a pelvic/hip support. The rear portion includes a leg support. The head support is spaced from the torso support, while the torso support is also spaced from the pelvic/hip support.

  • Publication number: 20230092420
Abstract: A method and apparatus for determining gaze direction information, includes a light source for forming illuminating light to an eye region of a user, and optical element(s) configured to guide the illuminating light from the light source to the eye region. The illuminating light is dynamically adjustable to generate a dynamic light beam on the eye region, and a sensor is configured to capture reflected light on the eye region and generate reflection eye data. The apparatus can maintain user profile information, adjust spectral power distribution of the light source based on the user profile information, receive the reflection eye data, and generate the gaze direction information based on the reflection eye data.

  • Patent number: 10637652
Abstract: The present teaching relates to exchanging a key with a device. In one example, a secret value is generated. A message is transmitted to the device. The message includes information related to the secret value based on which the device is to create a cryptographic key. A visual code displayed on the device is captured. The visual code includes a first piece of information and a second piece of information. A key value is generated based on the first piece of information and the secret value. A test value is calculated based on the key value. It is determined whether the device is securely connected based on the test value.

  • Patent number: 9016117
Abstract: A system and method for measuring, recording and reporting vehicle tire temperatures and/or pressures. In one aspect, a sensing device including a convex protective vessel, with pressure and/or temperature sensors enclosed therein. The sensing device is dropped freely within the interior of a tire prior to rim mounting. A movement sensor can also be included in the sensing device. The protective vessel, including all sensors, is not attached or connected in any way to the vehicle tire, rim, or valve stem such that the sensing device is independent of the vehicle tire, rim, and valve stem, and moves freely within the interior of the tire. A balancing set including a dummy device, substantially equal in weight to a sensing device, and means for connecting the dummy device to the sensing device at 180 degrees separation around the tire may also be employed.
