The rigid planar base comprises a top surface and a bottom surface. The rim comprises an orifice that passes from the top surface to the bottom surface. Further, the rim is mounted around the orifice and on the top surface of the base.

Abstract: A system and method for converting a foldable chair into a toilet seat is herein disclosed. The foldable chair comprises a frame and a collapsible seat. The frame further comprises a pair of seat rails and a pair of leg rails. The seat rails are attached to the leg rails through a plurality of guides. Furthermore, the seat is mounted at the middle section of the frame, wherein the seat comprises a first layer. The first layer comprises a flap and an orifice, wherein the flap covers the orifice.

Abstract: The invention is a guard for preventing the vandalism of a pay telephone keypad. Additionally, the invention prevents access to a pay telephone coin vault through the keypad. The inventive guard includes a plurality of attachment points. The attachment points have a shoulder raised above the exterior surface of the inventive guard. When a fastener is inserted through the attachment point, the head of the fastener will be flush or inset with respect to the top surface of the shoulder, thereby preventing leveraging against the fastener head. Additionally, a de minimus gap formed between the perimeter of the fastener head and the inner wall of the shoulder prevents insertion of a prying instrument.
