Abstract: Provided are a smart band, a motion state determining method of the smart band, and a computer-readable recording medium including a program for performing the same. The smart band includes: a motion sensor that detects a user's motion and creates motion data; a memory that stores a normal motion score of a user; and a control unit that determines scores of first to third factors, which are standards for determining a user's motion state, on the basis of the created motion data, calculates a final score on the basis of the determined scores of the first to third factors, and determines the user's motion state by comparing the normal motion score with the final score.

Abstract: Provided are a smart band, a body balance measuring method of the smart band, and a computer-readable recording medium including a program for performing the same. The smart band includes: a memory that stores a first balance factor of any one of user's left and right arms; a motion sensor that creates motion data by detecting a motion of the other one of the user's left and right arms; and a control unit that extracts a second balance factor of the other one of the user's left and right arms on the basis of the created motion data, calculates an asymmetry index, using the first and second balance factors, and calculates a final score on the basis of the asymmetry index.

Abstract: Provided are smart band and biometric authentication method thereof. The biometric authentication method of a smart band, comprises generating motion data by measuring motion of a user via a motion sensor; extracting a plurality of feature points based on the generated motion data; and performing biometric authentication of the user based on a distribution state of the extracted feature points.
