    Abstract: A weighted glove comprising a glove having a plurality of finger portions, at least one of the finger portions including at least a first weight member positioned on a back side of the glove, and a strap secured to the at least one of the finger portions. The glove may have a pocket in which the first weight member is positioned, and the weight member may include a generally concaved cross section. A corresponding method of exercising a finger is provided.
