Abstract: Embodiments of various systems, methods, and devices are disclosed for generating artificial intelligence or machine learning models for predicting denials of medical claims, predicting approvals of resubmitted medical claims, as well as automatic workflow clustering processes for automatically assigning medical claims to workflow queues using predictive segmentation and smart resource allocation.

Abstract: A method and system for administering rewards is disclosed. Administering rewards comprises processing transaction data received from a transaction processor, the transaction data identifying a payment amount to be made from an account holder to a merchant; determining, at an administration processor, a reward amount of the payment amount based on an account holder profile, designee profile and a merchant profile; initiating a debit of the reward amount from an account associated with the payment to be made to the merchant; and initiating a credit of at least a portion of the reward amount to at least one different account designated by the account holder (or billing/debiting the merchant in a separate transaction).

Abstract: A digital notification and response system utilizes an administrator interface to transmit a message from an administrator to user contact devices having an advertising module and a customer module with translation abilities. The system comprises a dynamic information database that includes user contact data, priority information, and response data. The administrator initiates distribution of the message based upon grouping information, priority information, and the priority order. The message is transmitted through at least two industry standard protocols simultaneously to groups of user contact devices based upon priority information. Once the message is received by the user contact device, the user contact device transmits a response through the industry standard protocols back to the dynamic information database.

Abstract: A peg for holding articles on a line, comprising a first member having a first jaw portion and a first lever portion and a second member having a second jaw portion and a second lever portion. The peg has a pivot means pivotally connecting the first member and the second member at a position between the jaw portion and the lever portion of each member, and also a releasable securing means configured to secure the position of the first member relative to the second member at various positions. Each of said jaw portions defines a jaw, and the peg is configured such that the jaws are pivotable towards each other by pivoting the lever portions towards each other.

Abstract: A system and method for providing an input attribute collected in an area while harvesting a crop from the area is described. The input attribute is collected and the geographic position occupied by a machine for applying materials to the area is measured. The input attribute and the geographic position are transmitted to a central system and associated with a zone including the geographic position at which the input attribute was collected. The zone is stored along with its associated input attribute. As the crop is harvested, the geographic position occupied by the harvesting machine is measured. The measured position of the harvesting machine is compared with the stored zone. If the position of the harvesting machine is determined to be in the stored zone, the input attribute associated with the zone is supplied to the operator of the harvesting machine.

Abstract: A heavy duty apparatus and method are disclosed for holding or locking a ladder or other object in place, say, to a vehicle, such as a van and its rack and/or a rack mounted on a camper top of a pickup truck. The apparatus has a fixed portion and a movable portion which can engage the rings of a ladder and/or a one or more piece of large sheet material in place.
