  • Publication number: 20210194997
Abstract: Network architectures are interfaced with diverse inputs like a hub with multiple spokes. A portion of these input are further interfaced as limited outputs. The inputs can be from wholly different users streaming unrelated data in different protocols. HL7 ADTs in these inputs can control network configuration, culling or screening output to communications that match user parameters. Network architectures can aggregate and enhance information that matches from among these inputs, including information across protocols such as HL7. Such information can be provided and stored back to other sources so as to add to or correct wide area data stores. All communications can be provided in real-time and with manageable volumes that do not fatigue users and better manage network resources.

  • Publication number: 20150242569
Abstract: Networks and methods include or use a computer hardware processor to manage healthcare information between healthcare sources and providing subscribers. Subscriber requests and healthcare information about patients are used in the networks and methods to provide only responsive content to subscribers. Networks and methods screen healthcare with criteria in the subscriber requests, and only when the information matches the criteria, provides a deliverable based on the healthcare information, in desired format and fashion, to the subscriber associated with the matching criteria. Systems and methods also perform meta-analysis on received healthcare information itself. The meta-analysis is used to correct or enhance the deliverable with things like typographical correction, auto-subscribe/unsubscribe, historical healthcare analysis, addition of relevant alert information, and other conditioning.

  • Publication number: 20140278483
Abstract: Networks are input with instructions from various types of healthcare subscribers, including identification of patients of these subscribers. Networks observe updates generated for the listed patients by healthcare providers, such as hospital encounters. The updates are numerous and update input can be rushed treatment facilities prone to error in information, so networks comprehensively filter the updates against all available instructions and identification to filter out all qualifying updates to be passed on to subscribers. Networks can format, transmit, and otherwise provide the updates based on anything commended by the client instructions. Networks may also share patient information itself with the update source to improve information association and correct client information at these sources.

  • Patent number: 7584741
Abstract: An axial flow rotary valve for an engine, that is rotatable about an axis within the bore of a cylinder head. The valve communicating with a respective cylinder in which a piston reciprocates, and an ignition means associated with the cylinder. The valve is provided with inlet and exhaust peripheral openings that periodically communicate with cylinder through a window in the bore. A combustion chamber is formed in the space between the crown of the piston at top dead centre and the cylinder head and the valve. The ignition means comprising first and second spark plugs, each of said spark plugs having a nose located at one end thereof exposed to the combustion chamber, said noses being disposed on opposite sides of said window within the axial extremities of said window.
