  • Publication number: 20240415886
Abstract: This invention provides an isolated or purified T-cell receptor (TCR) having antigenic specificity for the mutated human p53R175H. The inventive TCR can recognize the HLA-A2 restricted mutant p53R175H peptide (HMTEVVRHC) but cannot recognize the wild-type p53R175 peptide (HMTEVVRRC). The inventive TCR can also be activated by tumor cells harboring a mutated human p53R175H in the context of HLA-A2. The invention further provides related polypeptides, proteins, nucleic acids, recombinant expression vectors, host cells, populations of cells and pharmaceutical compositions relating to the TCR of the invention. Methods of treating or preventing cancer in a mammal are further provided by the invention.

  • Publication number: 20240390423
Abstract: This invention provides an isolated or purified T-cell receptor (TCR) having antigenic specificity for the mutated human CTNNB1S37F. The inventive TCR can recognize the HLA-A2 restricted mutant CTNNB1S37F peptide (YLDSGIHFGA) but cannot recognize the wild-type CTNNB1S37 peptide (YLDSGIHSGA). The inventive TCR can also be activated by tumor cells harboring a mutated human CTNNB1S37F in the context of HLA-A2. The invention further provides related polypeptides, proteins, nucleic acids, recombinant expression vectors, host cells, populations of cells and pharmaceutical compositions relating to the TCR of the invention. Methods of treating or preventing cancer in a mammal are further provided by the invention.

  • Patent number: 11574339
Abstract: Processor(s) of a client device can: analyze one or more features of an electronic resource that is under consideration for solicitation to a user; determine a notification likelihood that the user will access the electronic resource in response to an unsolicited notification of the electronic resource being output to the user; determine a baseline likelihood that the user will access the electronic resource without being solicited; compare the notification likelihood with the baseline likelihood; and cause, based on the comparing, the unsolicited notification to be output to the user. In some implementations, determining the notification likelihood and/or the baseline likelihood is based on applying data associated with the electronic resource as input across a machine learning model to generate output indicative of the notification likelihood and/or the baseline likelihood.

  • Patent number: 11432996
Abstract: Apparatuses are described that provide for a mobile eye washing station. An example station includes a fluid storage cartridge that stores unused eye wash fluid and a nozzle assembly in fluid communication with the fluid storage cartridge. In operation, the nozzle assembly dispenses the unused eye wash fluid stored in the fluid storage cartridge via one or more nozzles of the nozzle assembly. The example station further includes a waste fluid collection basin that, in operation, collects eye wash fluid dispersed by the nozzle assembly. Due to contact with the fluid storage cartridge, the waste fluid collection basin compresses the fluid storage cartridge to drive fluid communication between the fluid storage cartridge and the nozzle assembly. The fluid storage cartridge is disposed vertically beneath the waste fluid collection basin.
