    Abstract: A dual pressure respiratory assistance device including a gas source which supplies a flow of gas into an air tube having a bubbler branch and a patient branch. A first tube that is connected to the bubbler branch is at least partially submerged in a fluid. An oscillatory relief valve cycles between first and second configurations. The relief valve includes an oscillating member which captures gas released through at least one hole in the first tube when the oscillating member is in a first position. The gas in the oscillating member causes the oscillating member to rise to a second position, wherein gas is released from the oscillating member and the at least one hole is blocked when the oscillating member reaches the second position.

When a user selection of the interface element is received, each of the codes is applied to a data entry interface in the webpage, and based on the respective outcomes of applying each of the codes, a particular code that results in a greatest change in the displayed price is identified. The particular code is then applied to obtain a resulting price that is displayed in the webpage.

    Abstract: A system is provided for netting obligations between entities of a cycle of obligations. Each obligation specifying an quantity of an item that a from-entity of the cycle is obligated to provide to a to-entity of the cycle. For each entity, the system determines whether the sum of its inventory of the item and the quantity of the obligation on which it is a to-entity is sufficient to satisfy the obligation on which it is a from-entity. When sufficient, the system identifies one or more netting transactions to settle the obligations of the cycle. The system then directs the execution of the netting transactions and settlement transactions to effect and record the settling of the obligations.
