The method comprises transmitting a request for a first partial identifier of a relay wireless private gateway by an application executing on a first wireless private gateway to a second wireless private gateway, receiving the first partial identifier, transmitting a request for a second partial identifier of the relay wireless private gateway to a third wireless private gateway, receiving the second partial identifier, concatenating the first partial identifier and the second partial identifier to form a complete identifier of the relay wireless private gateway by the application, and transmitting a request to establish a communication link with the relay wireless private gateway by the application to the relay wireless private gateway, wherein the request to establish the communication link comprises the complete identifier of the relay wireless private gateway.

A first expected access value is determined based on rolling code data and a secret function. The PRL is authenticated when the first expected access value matches the initial access value. The communication device is proxied onto a radio access network via a second wireless interface. The proxying includes providing the authentication information and the PRL to a cell site attached to the radio access network.

The system also comprises a private gateway configured to couple a plurality of user equipment (UE) to a radio access network that receives the grey list from the telecommunications service provider server, identifies data messages associated with the party from one or more of the plurality of UE based on identifying information included in the grey list, continues transmission of the identified data messages to one or more intended endpoints, and stores the identified data messages and corresponding metadata in one or more block chains in a message data store. The one or more block chains are transmitted to the government agency server in response to the request for messages.

This includes receiving an indication of a sensitive transaction from an application operating on a UE. The UE relay establishes a downstream encrypted communication channel to the application via a communication port at the UE. The UE relay then receives an end point for the sensitive transaction from the application over the downstream encrypted communication channel. The UE relay can then create an upstream encrypted communication channel to the end point.

The DLT nodes execute DLT transactions with the service data to generate service instructions. The DLT nodes transfer the service instructions over the access data networks to the wireless data relays. The wireless data relays wirelessly receive the service instructions over the access data networks from the DLT nodes. The wireless data relays wirelessly exchange user data between the UEs and the access data networks to deliver the wireless data services responsive to the service instructions from the DLT nodes.
