  • Publication number: 20250007684
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for managing channel accessibility can include detecting, by a first circuit, a transmit request from the first circuit to transmit a message into a communication channel connecting the first circuit to second circuit. The method can include determining, by the first circuit, whether to approve the transmit request based on an evaluation of a first number associated with messages previously transmitted by the first circuit to the second circuit over the communication channel and a second number associated with processing by the second circuit of the messages previously transmitted by the first circuit. The method can include, in response to determining to approve the transmit request, transmitting, by the first circuit, the message into the communication channel. Various other methods, systems, and computer-readable media are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 12141834
Abstract: Systems, programs, non-transitory computer readable mediums, and methods of managing multiple and concurrent online advertising campaigns to eliminate user fatigue are disclosed. In particular, a campaign management server generates multiple target lists of users from a data warehouse for a plurality of pre-defined online advertising campaigns. The users on the target lists are selected to receive electronic communications, such as email or text, containing advertisements based upon target profiles associated with the campaigns as determined by marketing objectives. The advertising campaigns are prioritized such that users on a target list of a higher prioritized campaign are suppressed from lower prioritized campaigns in order to insure that the users receive a predetermined number of electronic communications within a set time frame.

  • Patent number: 11882767
Abstract: A method for producing an ultrasonic transducer or ultrasonic transducer array, the method comprising providing or depositing a layer of piezoelectric material on a substrate. The piezoelectric material is a doped, co-deposited or alloyed piezoelectric material. The piezoelectric material comprises: a doped, co-deposited or alloyed metal oxide or metal nitride, the metal oxide or metal nitride being doped, co-deposited or alloyed with vanadium or a compound thereof; or zinc oxide doped, co-deposited or alloyed with a transition metal or a compound thereof. Optionally, the deposition of the layer of piezoelectric material is by sputter coating, e.g. using a sputtering target that comprises a doped or alloyed piezoelectric material. In examples, the layer of piezoelectric material is deposited onto the substrate using high power impulse magnetron sputtering (HIPIMS). Further enhancement may be obtained using substrate biasing (e.g. DC and/or RF) during deposition of the layer of piezoelectric material.
