Abstract: A tie wrap having a rope folded generally in half to define a first half of the rope and a second half of the rope. The tie wrap has a barrel lock fit with the rope so that the first half of the rope and the second half of the rope are thread through the barrel lock to define a loop in the rope. The rope is interlaced to define a first knot that terminates the loop at a first end of the tie wrap and the rope is interlaced to define a second knot at the second end of the tie wrap.
