    Abstract: A gas/oil separator is provided, wherein a pre-separator tube has an upper solid portion, and a lower perforated portion. Holes in the lower perforated portion allow a gas stream to move radially inwardly, and to a downstream filter pack. The holes have a raised portion extending radially outwardly, and prevent previously separated oil from being reintroduced into the gas stream.
