Abstract: A method of fabricating a multilayer circuit board is provided which includes forming a layer of a the multilayer circuit board with an internal clearance region having a modified voltage-to-ground clearance of conductive material adjacent to an aperture of the multilayer circuit board. The modified voltage-to-ground clearance of conductive material is based on a configuration of a connector pin to be press-fit connected within the aperture of the multilayer circuit board, and the internal clearance region is enlarged in a direction of greatest normal force outward from the aperture with insertion of the connector pin into the aperture.

Abstract: A method for forming an electronic device that includes solder bonding pins from a component to plated through holes of a board, the component being positioned on a first side of the board; and applying solder paste to openings of the plated through holes on a second side of the board opposite the first side of the board that the component is positioned on. The method can further include drawing the solder paste to the pins to provide a reworked solder bond bonding at least one of the pins to the plated through hole.

Abstract: By using a single timestamp for both video streams, existing video processing frameworks can be used in a decoder to render a single output video where the detail from one stream is combined with the carrier from the other stream. In one embodiment, the carrier stream carries the time frame and time frame offsets are used to instruct the decoder as to the relative frame position in the detail stream. The encoding process inserts data into the transmission related to housekeeping chores on a frame by frame basis. The inserted data pertains to items such as carrier timestamping, detail offset timestamping; encryption, compression levels for the carrier and detail streams. In one embodiment, each of the streams is individually buffered and algorithms are used to match each carrier frame with a corresponding detail frame. Seeking is accomplished by identifying a desired carrier stream I-frame and then matching that I-frame with a proper I-frame of the detail stream.

Abstract: A portable saw mill for cutting timber from rough logs. The saw mill having a frame comprises a pair of beams supported only at the respective ends thereof, each beam including a rail extending longitudinally of the beams, said rails being parallel and located in a common horizontal plane. A motor and saw assembly mounted on the rails for linear movement therealong and including a motor coupled to a circular saw blade to drive same, and the saw blade being adjustable between at least two positions in each of which the axis of rotation of the saw is at right angles to the direction of linear movement of the motor and saw assembly.
