In one embodiment, the computer-implemented method may include presenting a set of values via a graphical user interface or an audio speaker, receiving at least a first response from the patient based on the presented set of values, determining at least one time lapse between presenting the set of values and receiving the at least first response, and identifying the neurological or medical condition of the patient based on the at least one time lapse.
