    Abstract: A plastic grocery bag opening device including a back panel securable to an interior surface of a kitchen cabinet door. A pair of side panels are pivotally coupled with the back panel. The pair of side panels each have a generally rectangular configuration defined by a vertical edge, a horizontal edge, and a diagonal edge. The vertical edge and the horizontal edge are essentially planar. The diagonal edge is essentially arcuate. The vertical edge of each side panel is hingedly coupled with opposed side edges of the back panel. The horizontal edge of each side panel has a pair of small arcuate recesses formed therein in a spaced relationship.
