The connection panel may be pre-fabricated or engineered to simplify construction and subsequent utility connections. Further, embodiments may dispose standardized utility connections on the connection panel. Upon connecting supplemental sources to the connection panel, embodiments may also include switching systems, such as valves, electrical switches, etc., configured to connect the supplemental sources to infrastructure located in the building.
