Abstract: Disclosed herein are quantum dot devices, as well as related computing devices and methods. For example, in some embodiments, a quantum dot device may include: a quantum well stack; a first gate above the quantum well stack, wherein the first gate includes a first gate metal and a first gate dielectric; and a second gate above the quantum well stack, wherein the second gate includes a second gate metal and a second gate dielectric, and the first gate is at least partially between a portion of the second gate and the quantum well stack.

Abstract: Devices, methods, computer-readable media, and other embodiments are described for concurrent functional and fault co-simulation of a circuit design. One embodiment involves accessing simulation data for a circuit design made up of a plurality of machine regions. A plurality of faults is selected from the simulation data for co-simulation operations of functional simulation and fault simulation of the circuit design, and functional simulation of the plurality of machine regions is initiated using the simulation data. A first machine region is identified during the functional simulation as associated with at least a first fault of the plurality of faults. A functional simulation of the first machine region is performed, and a divergence point associated with the first fault is identified. A fault simulation for the first fault is performed using the functional simulation of the first machine region and the divergence point.

The method includes the steps of receiving a set of data related qualitative information related to the customer or the customer's sleeping habits and processing by a processor the set of data to evaluate support needs for a customer. The method further includes the step of determining which of the plurality of bedding mattresses has support characteristics that closely match the support needs of the customer.
