  • Method and apparatus for verifying declared contents of contents of certain solids

    Abstract: An apparatus and method are provided for verification of declared contents in mixed solids, blended textiles, certain pure solids, and other solid substances. The apparatus is assembled from laboratory items and utilizes liquids and instruments. The method requires the measurement of changes in chain length in a chain suspended from the bottom of a float, and appliable values substituted in an equation which utilize densimetric principles to achieve a comparative presentation of values for verification.
