    Abstract: An assembly used to hang cable on a solar panel frame is disclosed. The assembly includes a wire hanger and a universal mount. The wire hanger has a first end with a hook, a main member, and a second end with a hook. The universal mount supports the wire hanger. The universal mount includes a first side that engages a mounting hole in the solar panel frame to connect the universal mount to the solar panel frame. The universal mount includes a second side that receives the wire hanger enabling the wire hanger and cable positioned therein to hang from the solar panel frame.

    Abstract: A releasable cable tie having a cable tie head, a neck, and a strap body. The cable tie head includes a strap passageway extending from an entrance end at the bottom of the cable tie head to an exit end at the top of the cable tie head. The cable tie head also includes a locking wedge and a release mechanism pivotally connected to the locking wedge. The strap body includes a plurality of teeth on one side of the strap body. The strap body wraps around the cables and extends through the strap passageway engaging the locking wedge to secure cables. When desired, the release mechanism is lifted to disengage the locking wedge from the teeth of the strap body to release the cables.

The cable tie strap is installed in the first end of the buckle and the locking tabs secure the cable tie strap to the buckle. The cable tie strap wraps around the bundle. The free end of the cable tie strap is installed in the second end of the buckle to secure the bundle.
