  • Patent number: 12097830
Abstract: A valve-arrangement is operable to switch between a bistable-valve (BV) behavior and a relay-valve (RV) behavior to control a parking-brake, and includes a housing with a supply-pressure-inlet (SPI), a service brake-control-inlet (SBCI) to provide a control-pressure, a pressure-outlet, and an exhaust-port, and includes a first-piston and a second-piston both movable along a same direction in the housing to define a first-chamber communicating with the SBCI, a second-chamber between the first-piston and the second-piston, and third chamber communicating with the pressure-outlet and with a controllable connection to the SPI, in which upon the control-pressure the second-piston moves with the first-piston to connect the pressure-outlet with the exhaust-port or with the SPI.

  • Publication number: 20240083405
Abstract: A valve arrangement for a trailer brake module in a monoblock housing includes an input for a brake supply pressure, an input for a brake control pressure, and an output for supplying a brake pressure to braking devices on a trailer. The valve arrangement includes a relay valve, and includes control solenoids which are arranged substantially transversely to the direction of motion of the relay valve piston.

  • Patent number: 10041597
Abstract: A seal ring is provided for axially sealing two parts arranged so as to be able to move axially with respect to one another. The seal ring has two sealing lips which are arranged circumferentially on an axial first end side of the seal ring. In this context, the sealing lips are designed such that they can be spread apart from one another by a first fluid pressure of a first fluid volume to bear in a sealing manner against mutually opposing sealing faces of a first of the parts. The seal ring also has a sealing projection which is arranged circumferentially on a second end side of the seal ring, oriented axially away from the first end side.
