Abstract: A lock assembly for locking a wear member to excavation equipment, the assembly comprising first and second bodies configured to be assembled together, one body substantially positioned over the other, in an assembled condition to form a lock extending along a longitudinal axis, the first and second bodies each comprising at least one interengaging formation, the, or respective ones of the, interengaging formations on the bodies being configured to interengage when the bodies are in the assembled condition to form one or more couplings that resist lateral displacement of the bodies with respect to each other under loads applied transverse to the longitudinal axis of the assembled lock to the side of the first and second bodies.
