  • Publication number: 20160086169
Abstract: A method (200) for performing a purchase transaction. The method comprises: receiving, by a first computing device operated by a first person, a first transaction token generated by a Tokenization Service Provider (“TSP”) server operated by a TSP; and using the first transaction token to complete a first purchase transaction. When payment is declined during the first purchase transaction, contact details are automatically provided for a card issuer to the first computing device so that a communication session between the first person and a card issuer can be initialized without requiring the first person to search for the contact details. Additionally, the first transaction token is used to retrieve and provide the card issuer with at least one of transaction-specific context information pertaining to the first transaction and account information associated with the first person.

  • Publication number: 20150350428
Abstract: A method and system for pushing web pages to a web client during a video/audio call. The method involves assigning a correlation ID to a web client to which a web page is served. The same correlation ID value is communicated by the web client to a VIVR/context web server computer. The VIVR/context web server computer is arranged to serve at least one web page to the web client. A voice/video call is established between the web client and a contact center agent computer responsive to a request from the web client. As part of initiating such call, the correlation ID is communicated to the contact center agent computer. Thereafter, during the voice/video call, at least one command is generated which causes the VIVR web server to serve at least one web page to the web client using the correlation ID.

  • Publication number: 20150271273
Abstract: A system for sharing a communications session between multiple devices is disclosed. The system may receive a first request to establish the communications session from a first device associated with a user. The system may establish the communications session for the first device associated with the user in response to the first request. Additionally, the system may receive, from a second device associated with the first user, a second request to join the communications session. Furthermore, the system may join the second device to the communications session if the first request and the second request include a common identifier for the first user. Moreover, the system may transmit instructions for causing communications associated with the first device to be presented on a user interface of the second device during the communications session.
