Abstract: Real-time electronic medical loss exposure incident records data acquisition system and process for predictive analytics insurance loss control reporting direct to insured policy holder is disclosed. Electronic loss exposure information from a facility, in real-time, is input to insurance predictive analytics models that predict probability of increased loss exposure and deliver notifications to facility management immediately and independent of human interaction.
