Publication number: 20240378666Abstract: A platform which provides a system and method for loan origination data validation and predictive analysis comprising a user interface which allows platform users to upload data, a data acquisition engine that leverages one or more machine and/or deep learning algorithms to classify, validate, and enforce compliance of the uploaded data, and an artificial intelligence engine that constructs and maintains the models developed from the machine and/or deep learning algorithms. The platform may utilize various bespoke APIs to integrate validated data with lender institution loan origination systems when a lender initiates the process. The platform can function as a system of record and central, secure repository for a borrower's documentation and information required to apply for a loan. In some embodiments, the platform utilizes a trained generative AI model to assist platform users and to provide predictive analysis responsive to user submitted queries.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 19, 2023Publication date: November 14, 2024Inventors: Jonathan Freed, David John Paulina, JR., Kyle Scott W. Publication number: 20240368880Abstract: Disclosed are methods and apparatus for providing pre-assembled modular structural louvered systems that include structural supports and louvers, and may also include dampers, actuators and wiring in pre-assembled modules that may be transported to a building site, tilted up into place, and installed. Embodiments of the present invention also provide methods and apparatus for providing pre-assembled modular structural louvered systems which include integrated vertical and horizontal structural supports, allowing for the elimination of some vertical and horizontal wall structures in a building by relying on the structural support provided in the modular louvered systems, thereby making more space available in the building for louvers and airflow.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 8, 2024Publication date: November 7, 2024Applicant: Span Construction & Engineering, Inc.Inventors: Charles E. Publication number: 20240318673Abstract: A method for execution by a computing entity includes interpreting an electric response from a set of electric field sensors to produce a piston velocity and a piston position of a piston associated with a head unit device. The head unit device includes a chamber filled with a shear thickening fluid (STF) that includes a multitude of piezoelectric nanoparticles. The method further includes determining a shear force based on the piston velocity and the piston position. The method further includes determining a desired response for the STF based on the shear force, the piston velocity, and the piston position. The method further includes generating an electric activation based on the desired response for the STF and outputting the electric activation to a set of electric field emitters positioned proximal to the chamber.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 31, 2024Publication date: September 26, 2024Applicant: Moshun, LLCInventors: Timothy John Boundy, Steven Michael Barger, Terence Michael Lydon, Richard Michael Lang, Wilfredo Gonzalez, JR., Darren Michael Boundy, Eric McHugh, David Schuda, George L. Patent number: 6039276Abstract: An apparatus for crushing sugar cane to extract the juice has opposed crushing rolls at least one of which is formed with juice channels which are temporarily plugged by bagasse after the juice has entered into the channel. Further rotation of the rolls removes the trapped juice away from the cane blanket and the bagasse plug is then scraped out of the top of the channel to allow the juice to drain. The juice is drained away from the cane blanket and is not reabsorbed thereby. Efficiency of juice removal is improved. Further efficiency improvements are obtained by having pairs of crushing rolls positioned above each other such that the cane blanket moves in a generally vertical direction.Type: GrantFiled: November 13, 1998Date of Patent: March 21, 2000Assignee: Bundaberg Foundry Engineers Ltd.Inventors: Raymond John Hatt, David John Wilson, Druce Barry Batstone
