  • Patent number: 11943137
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are disclosed for proactively and adaptively rerouting data to a healthier path through network, as part of flow provisioning, based on environmental variables associated with devices in the network. The present technology includes identifying a routing path for forwarding traffic flows in a network, receiving diagnostic data of a routing device on the routing path. The diagnostic data include one or more environmental parameters associated with internal state and surroundings of the routing device. Further, the present technology includes comparing the diagnostic data of the routing device with a predetermined threshold and modifying, prior to a failure of the routing device, the routing path to bypass the routing device for at least a portion of the traffic flows based on the comparison between the diagnostic data of the routing device and the predetermined threshold.

  • Patent number: 11942306
Abstract: Atomic layer etching (ALE) of a substrate using a wafer scale wave of precisely controlled electrons is presented. A volume of gaseous plasma including diluent and reactive species and electrons of a uniform steady state composition is generated in a positive column of a DC plasma proximate the substrate. A corrosion layer is formed on the substrate by adsorption of the reactive species to atoms at the surface of the substrate. The substrate is positively biased to draw electrons from the volume to the surface of the substrate and impart energy to the electrons to stimulate electron transitions in the corrosion layer species, resulting in ejection of the corrosion layer species via electron stimulation desorption (ESD). The substrate is negatively biased to repel the electrons from the surface of the substrate back to the volume, followed by a zero bias to restore the steady state composition of the volume.

  • Publication number: 20240095370
Abstract: In one embodiment, a device obtains transaction data regarding a transaction attempted within a software development environment, wherein the transaction data is captured by instrumentation code inserted into the software development environment at runtime. The device identifies, based on the transaction data, an access policy for the transaction. The device makes, based on the access policy, a determination that the transaction is not authorized. The device causes, via the instrumentation code, the transaction to be blocked from completing within the software development environment.

  • Patent number: 11931888
Abstract: A robotic tool has a longitudinal shaft, defining a longitudinal axis when the shaft is in a default, centered position. A lockout rod is moveable between first and second positions. In the first position, the lockout rod allows the longitudinal shaft to move with 360 radial degrees of compliance about the longitudinal axis. In the second position, the lockout rod limits compliance of the longitudinal shaft to only one radial angle from the longitudinal axis. In one embodiment the lockout rod is positioned adjacent (e.g., above or below) part of one ring of a 2-axis concentric ring gimbal. The lockout rod is shaped so as to not contact any part of the gimbal in the first position, allowing compliance in a full 360 radial degrees. In the second position, the lockout rod limits the motion of one ring of the gimbal, limiting compliance of the shaft to motion of the other ring, which is necessarily limited to only one radial angle.

  • Patent number: 11933510
Abstract: This application relates to a building energy analysis and management system for measurement and verification of building performance. The system can analyze, optimize, manage, maintain, trouble shoot, and/or modify building systems, such as HVAC systems, in connection with the building energy usage. Measurements may be gathered for one or more HVAC units coupled to pressure independent valves, and sent to one or more Surge Panels that pass data to remote analysis servers, which can receive other system or external data. The analysis servers compare measurements to predicted values and can standardize the predicted values to account for external conditions. The comparison can result in difference values used to generate probable causes and optimization recommendations. The system outputs reports or other data display using a graphical user interface that can be adjusted for an anticipated user.

  • Patent number: 11936564
Abstract: Techniques for a TCP proxy to communicate over a LEO satellite network on behalf of a client device by selecting a TCP congestion-control algorithm that is optimal for the LEO satellite network based on the time of day and/or location of the TCP proxy. Based on the locations of satellites during the day as they traverse predefined and patterned orbital paths, different TCP congestion-control algorithms may be more optimized to communicate data through the LEO satellite network. However, client devices generally use a single TCP congestion-control algorithm to communicate over WAN networks. Accordingly, a TCP proxy may be inserted on, for example, a router to communicate with the client device using a TCP congestion-control algorithm that the client device is configured to use, but then communicate over the LEO satellite network using a different TCP congestion-control algorithm that is optimal based on the time of day and/or other factors.

  • Patent number: 11934308
Abstract: Techniques for data manipulation using processor cluster address generation are disclosed. One or more processor clusters capable of executing software-initiated work requests are accessed. A plurality of dimensions from a tensor is flattened into a single dimension. A work request address field is parsed, where the address field contains unique address space descriptors for each of the plurality of dimensions, along with a common address space descriptor. A direct memory access (DMA) engine coupled to the one or more processor clusters is configured. Addresses are generated based on the unique address space descriptors and the common address space descriptor. The plurality of dimensions can be summed to generate a single address. Memory is accessed using two or more of the addresses that were generated. The addresses are used to enable DMA access.

  • Publication number: 20240082867
Abstract: A system for applying material to a substrate includes a nozzle, robot, actuator, sensor, and controller. The robot provides primary movement such that the nozzle traverses a predefined global bead path across and spaced apart from the substrate. The actuator provides secondary relative movement between the nozzle and substrate. The sensor senses a first location on the substrate that is spaced apart from a location where the nozzle deposits material by a distance based on a sensor response time and relative speed of the nozzle and substrate. The controller detects a feature of the substrate based on the data received from the sensor. The controller directs the actuator to provide the secondary relative movement such that a bead of material is applied to the substrate along a feature-relative bead path. The controller controls the actuator to provide the secondary relative movement based on the response time and the relative speed.
