In the deployed position of the scraper assembly, the scraper engages with a machine component to remove material stuck to the machine component. The scraper assembly further includes a biasing device received within housing. The biasing device biases the scraper towards the machine component. Further, the biasing device travels in a substantially linear path for biasing the scraper towards the machine component.
