The system of this invention includes a portable certification cart containing a number of processor-controllable certification instruments for certifying the various test instruments. Interconnection cables are provided for selectively interconnecting the individual groups of test instruments to the certification instruments and for connecting the system controllers associated therewith to the certification instruments.
