  • Publication number: 20240095461
Abstract: A computer executed process for mimicking human dialog, referred to herein as a “humanoid” or “humanoid process software,” can be configured to participate in multi-parry conversations. The humanoid can monitor electronic communications in a conversation involving the humanoid and at least one other party. The humanoid can model the electronic communications by uniquely identifying each of the electronic communications as a stream of data. For example, the data can be labeled and sorted in a database and/or arranged in a nodal graph representation. The humanoid can participate in the conversation based on the modeling.

  • Patent number: 11928650
Abstract: A meeting system facilitates spontaneous social encounter between users with a meeting server. The meeting server obtains calendar data, user preferences, and an organization chart associated with each user of a plurality of users. The meeting server selects a first user and a second user for a social encounter based on the calendar data, user preferences, and roles in the organization chart. The meeting server prompts a first user device associated with the first user, and a second user device associated with the second user, for a social encounter. Responsive to obtaining acceptances from the first user and the second user, the meeting server facilitates the social encounter between the first user and the second user.

  • Publication number: 20200103610
Abstract: The present disclosure describes an outer utility pipe having a first diameter. In a first embodiment, the present disclosure describes an inner liner having a second diameter. The second diameter is smaller than the first diameter. The inner liner is positioned inside the outer utility pipe such than an annular space is created between the inner liner and the outer utility pipe. The inner liner is configured to conduct fluid. The present disclosure describes a communication conduit positioned in the annular space between the inner liner and the outer utility pipe. The communication conduit is configured to receive one or more components, such as fiber optic cables, configured to transmit information. In a second embodiment without an inner liner or an annular space, the communication conduit is received by a channel cut in an inner diameter surface of the outer utility pipe.

  • Patent number: 10066787
Abstract: A U-shaped clip for use in a driveline shield system having a cap disposed to releasably engage a bearing mounted adjacent a drive shaft. The cap supports a tubular guard or shield in a coaxial position relative to the drive shaft. One or more lugs on the bearing are disposed to seat in corresponding slots formed in the cap. When the lugs are seated in the slots, rotation of the cap relative to the bearing causes the bearing and the cap to engage one another. The U-shaped clip is pivotally mounted to the cap and rotatable between a first position in which the clip extends into the slot and secures the lugs in engagement with the cap and a second release position in which the clip is retracted from the slot, thereby permitting relative rotation between the cap and bearing.
