  • Patent number: 12218624
Abstract: A solar tracker assembly including a drive mechanism including a rotating drive rotatable about a drive mechanism axis of rotation and a table pivoted by the rotating drive. The table includes first and second torque tube beam segments; first and second drive journals affixed to opposite sides of the rotating drive, longitudinal center lines of the drive journals coincident with the drive mechanism axis of rotation. The table further includes first and second bearings, an end of the first torque tube beam segment coupled to the first bearing to rotate about the first bearing axis of rotation and an end of the second torque tube beam segment coupled the second bearing to rotate about the second bearing axis of rotation. The first and second bearing axes of rotation are vertically offset from the longitudinal center lines of the first and second drive journals and the drive mechanism axis of rotation.

  • Patent number: 11838593
Abstract: A system includes a computing platform having a hardware processor and a memory storing a software code. The software code is executed to receive a content selection input identifying audio-video (AV) content from a user, and determine a user preferred playback mode for a core video component of the AV content using one or more of (x) a media consumption profile of the user, (y) a playback mode selection input received from the user, or (z) a playback mode supported by a user device. The software code also obtains a media package containing multiple versions of the core video component and metadata identifying a default playback mode, and streams the AV content to the user device using: the user preferred playback mode when a version of the core video component corresponding to the user preferred playback mode is contained in the media package, or the default playback mode otherwise.

  • Publication number: 20050008760
Abstract: A jerky product resembling real meat jerky and methods of forming the same are provided. Generally, methods of forming jerky comprise providing an extruded dry material comprising a non-meat protein isolate and starch. The dry material is hydrated thereby forming a moist material which is then formed into an elongated body and dried to a moisture content of about 15-24% by weight. Smoke flavor may be added to the body by a smoking step or by the addition of an artificial smoke flavoring during the formulation thereof.
