Abstract: This disclosure relates to a vehicle chassis for supporting a power supply module or other components to a vehicle. In some examples, a bottom margin of the chassis rail can include a cutout, and at least a portion of the power supply module can be positioned in the open space associated with the cutout. In addition, the chassis assembly can include one or more liners that can be coupled to one or more sides of the chassis rail and that can reinforce the chassis rail. In some examples, a chassis reinforcement cage can be attached to the chassis assembly and can be positioned beneath the chassis assembly and the power supply module. The chassis reinforcement cage can, among other things, increase the rigidity of the chassis assembly and protect the power supply module.
