Abstract: Scan information is obtained from a scan of a managed endpoint (e.g., a user workstation) in an enterprise environment. The scan information includes information about an endpoint object (e.g., a software program), on the managed endpoint. External information about the endpoint object is received from an information source outside of the enterprise environment. This external information may be provided by an IT information server that communicates with multiple enterprise environments. The scan information and external information is combined to produce integrated information. The integrated information is displayed on a user interface. At least a portion of the integrated information is also sent to a computer outside of the enterprise environment to be shared with users of other enterprise environments.

A request for a website received from the mobile client device is transmitted to a provider. At least one web page template of the website and application data corresponding to the at least one web page template is received from the provider in response to the request, and is transmitted to the mobile client device. Thereafter, in an offline mode, the mobile client device can display a plurality of web pages corresponding to the website, each web page displaying corresponding data of the application data formatted according to a common format provided by the at least one web page template. Furthermore, a method, system, and apparatus for tracking the usage of applications on a mobile client device is provided. The occurrence of at least one user initiated event on the mobile client device during offline operation is enabled.

The method comprises the steps of receiving an input specifying a set of commands to be executed on a client device and generating a script based theron, wherein the script is configured to be executed by an agent on the client device, and receiving an input specifying to which of the plurality of client devices the script should be made available. The script is provided to a client device based on the input by publishing the script to a user portal, and by deploying the script to the client device.
