  • Publication number: 20240330877
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for data management are described. A custodial token platform implements a preminting process to facilitate wrapping staked crypto tokens and enables unwrapping the wrapped crypto tokens for liquid staking crypto tokens. The platform receives a first request to wrap a first amount of a first crypto token that is staked. The platform associates a second amount of the second crypto token with the first user profile, where the second crypto token is transferrable and minted, and based on a first value of a current conversion ratio between the first crypto token and the second crypto token. The platform receives, from a first or second user profile, a second request to unwrap the second crypto token, which is based on a second value of the current conversion ratio between the first crypto token and the second crypto token.

  • Publication number: 20090208565
Abstract: The present invention discloses compositions comprising a stabilized Exendin-4 (1-39) and related compounds. The invention describes stabilized Exendin-4 agonists that include at least one modified amino acid residue particularly at positions Gln13, Met14, Trp25, or Asn28 of the Exendin-4 (1-39) molecule. Disclosed are preferred modifications of deaminated, hydrolyzed, oxidized, or isomerized reaction products of the specified amino acid residues corresponding to the same positions in the Exendin-4 (1-39) molecule. The invention also relates to methods of making and using the stabilized Exendin compounds, such as for the treatment of diabetes.

  • Publication number: 20060033340
Abstract: An electrical power generation assembly (10) comprises a main body (12) having a low density to provide lift and wind driven means (18) on a surface of the main body (12) to generate electrical power. The main body (12) has a prismatic shape and has a part-circular, or a part-elliptical, cross-section frontal region (27). The main body (12) has a first distance (B) from a central plane (P) of the main body (12) to a line of intersection (Z) between the frontal region (27) and the remainder (26) of the main body (12). The main body (12) has a second distance (A) from the line of intersection (Z) between the frontal region (27) and the remainder (26) of the main body (12) to a line of intersection (T) between the most upstream points of the frontal region (27) and the central plane (P) of the main body (12). The ratio of the first distance (B) to the second distance (A) is equal to or more than 0.5 and equal to or less than 5.
