  • Patent number: 11955117
Abstract: A system and method are provided for analyzing and reacting to interactions between entities using electronic communication channels. The method includes receiving, via the communications module, data captured from a conversational exchange between a first entity communicating with a second entity using an electronic communication channel. The method also includes analyzing the captured data to detect an indication that the first entity is or was distracted during the conversational exchange, is or was disinterested in a portion of the conversational exchange or missed the portion of the conversational exchange. The method also includes determining based on the indication an action to address the distraction during, disinterest in, or missing of, the portion of the conversational exchange; and providing, via the communications module, an automated message to at least one of the first entity and the second entity for executing the action.

  • Publication number: 20240108996
Abstract: A toy vehicle track system includes a lifting apparatus, a releasing apparatus, and a stunt apparatus. The lifting apparatus includes a drive wheel rotatable to pull a carrier line attached to a carrier including a vehicle holder that is positioned for holding a toy vehicle. 5 The release apparatus includes a stop structure attached to the track that engages the carrier to actuate calipers of the vehicle holder to release the vehicle. The stunt apparatus includes a plurality of stunt track segments attached to a rotary indexer. The rotary indexer allows the stunt track segments to be rotated about an axis that is substantially parallel to a travel direction defined by the toy track to align each of the stunt track segments 10 individually with the toy track to form a continuous travel path.

  • Patent number: 11916989
Abstract: A server determines, at a first predetermined time, a default decision as to whether to provide a first media content clip after the end of a first media content item. At a second predetermined time, after the first predetermined time, the server initiates a determination of a first decision as to whether to provide the first media content clip after the end of the first media content item. In accordance with the first decision being reached within a predetermined latency period, the server provides the first media content clip to the first electronic device in accordance with the first decision. In accordance with a determination that the predetermined latency period has elapsed without the first decision being reached, provides the first media content clip to the first electronic device in accordance with the default decision.

  • Patent number: 7167419
Abstract: A timer is provided for indicating when a beverage within a beverage container is no longer fresh. The timer includes a timer body and a clip. The timer body contains electronic circuitry adapted to display a time remaining before the beverage is no longer fresh. The timer body further includes two L-shaped lugs spaced apart from one another. The clip includes two timer clamps attached to one another and a central retainer. Each timer clamp has a first end and a second end. The first end of each of the timer clamps is resiliently biased in a direction away from the other. The central retainer further includes a lug adapted to be attached to the L-shaped flanges of the timer body. The second end of the timer clamps is adapted to be easily attached to a beverage container.

  • Patent number: 4751603
Abstract: Hand-held electrical apparatus having an electrical detector in the form of a conductive sensor adjacent to any exposed electrical part so that if the apparatus becomes wet or damp the water will form path of conduction between the exposed electrical part and the sensor. A conductive path from the sensor forming part of the supply lead to the plug, and the plug comprising normally closed mechanical switch at least in the live line from the mains supply to the supply lead to the apparatus and a control circuit connected to the said sensor by the conductive path which open the switch as a result of the conductive path having been formed from the exposed electrical part because of the presence of moisture. The switch comprises a length of wire holding electrical contacts closed against the action of a spring. The control circuit fuse the wire, however, to allow the spring to open the contacts when the conductive path is established.
